16oz. Can served in a willibecker. Pours one shade shy of black with ruby highlights around the base when backlit. Two-finger head is dense, creamy and tan-colored. Nose is subdued - hints of cocoa, rye and lager yeast. Taste consistent with nose. Wow - subtle, yet extremely well-crafted. It’s evident that care went into the selection of ingredients and the brewing process. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, even carbonation. Overall, an excellent example of the style that holds up to many classic examples of the style.
