Poured out of a 12 oz. can into one of my weizen glasses, this beer pours a clear (never a good thing IMO for a beer of this style), light to medium, bright golden color with a nice white head that's about an inch thick when first poured that settles to a solid 1/4 inch thick along w/ lots of streams of bubbles fairly rapidly and continually rising to the beer's surface. Not much lacing. Aromas of some bready, biscuity malts along w/ notes of banana and clove. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready, biscuity malts that are followed by some banana and clove along with a bit of bubblegum. The flavors are all pretty well balanced, all of them simply need to be a bit more pronounced overall here. Has a crisp, also smooth, frothy, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish. Not a bad beer, but this seems like a different beer/a lesser version compared to when I had this on-tap when I visited the brewery 6 almost months ago.

12 oz bottle

Pours mostly clear with a white lacing for a head.

Aroma of banana, clove, wheat and yeast esters.

Flavor is banana, bubblegum, clove, and sweet cereal malts.

Light body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.

It doesn't have that characteristic haze, but this is a passable hefe otherwise. Drinks easy. Flavor is a tad off balance but it's still good. Solid hefe, would have again.
