12 oz bottle
Pours mostly clear golden, sudsy white head is thick and dissipates slowly to a lacing.
Aroma of fresh citrus and piney hops, some underlying cereal malts, hemp, maybe a little honey.
Flavor is of bread and cereal malts with a pronounced bitter hoppiness. A bit of citrus zest to the hop but mostly just the bitterness.
Medium body with tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Very drinkable and easy going beer. This has a really pretty pour for one. I wish the flavor had a little more variety to it. What's there is plenty good and I don't mind the hop bite; in fact I miss these more bitter-forward IPAs sometimes and it feels like they've unjustly gone out of style a bit. But they could stand to be a bit more blanced with the malts and other flavors. No other complaints, solid non-haze IPA that's definitely worth trying and would be welcome in my fridge again.
