The Taste: New England hazy with low to moderate bitterness, a balance of aroma and flavor notes of citrus, white grape and pine are enhanced by a sweet malty palate.
The Tale: Our second year at 57 Factory deserved a second foundation brew, this time with Nelson Sauvin—less dry than its series predecessor, with a twist of white grape and pine!

Poured into a 16 oz Snulip glass, not sure when it was canned. Pours a hazy orange with a half finger sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace with nice retention. 4.5
Aroma is white grapes, cantaloupe, mandarin, peach, mango, and apricot. 4.5
Taste white grapes, mandarin, cantaloupe, peach, mango, and apricot a ton going on with this one. 4.5
Mouthfeel is is above average, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 8% loaded with flavor, but easy drinking. 4.5
Overall I love when a brewery can make Nelson shine and they did that with this one. Nelson, Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook wonderful stuff. 4.5
