This IPA won a gold at the 2000 European. Well deserved. I live in S Korea and have been at a loss to find a variey of good choices. This brew was a welcome find.

Bit of a gusher. Turbid with additional sediment sinking to the bottom of the Spiegelau IPA glass. Sadly what made it into the glass generated only a finger of head. The remaining ring of foam created some lacing. Aroma and taste fairly simple/uninteresting nondescript hoppy bitterness Feel is a bit heavy but acceptable. Not bad but lacking.

Caramel and hazy leaving a huge, foamy head.
Smells of citrus, caramelised sugar, and floral notes.
Tastes of fruity, earthy hops, with a decent backbone of caramelised malts, reminiscent of the first American IPA's.
Medium, smooth but foamy body. Lots of smooth carbonation.
I got this in Singapore, where I drank it Feb 18th, 2022. Perhaps the best Korean beer I've had.
