Indulge in a journey to Bavaria's cobblestone streets with our Munich Helles. Crafted with German malt and hops, this brew tantalizes with bready maltiness, complemented by subtle noble hop notes. Bright, clean, and irresistibly easy-drinking, it captures the essence of old-world charm. Prost!

Lovely pour. pale yellow with a touch of opacity, but nothing crazy. The head is lovely and white, pillowy and laces the glass nicely as it recedes (though still not completely... there's still a good half finger of suds atop the golden pillar even several minutes after pouring).
The nose is relatively light, but not thin. It's got a nice moderately rich middle to the malts, and the hops are light and what you'd expect from the noble variety, and then a little skunkiness at the end.
Very light and drinkable. Light crackery malts and light earthy hops. This would be easy to go through very quickly.
The finish allows the light bitterness of the hops to spread out a little bit, like a lithodora that's gotten well established. It does not really linger, though, so it never builds up and gets cloying or anything. I could see this being very very sessionable (though I've always cringed a little bit at that terminology).
Prost!
