The colour is pale yellow, the liquid somewhat cloudy. The off white two-finger thick foam forms a firm head of medium bubbles while making a fizzing sound
The smell is soft and balanced with bitter notes and a touch of lime. Maybe it is a bit simple, but very inviting.
The carbonation is quite strong and very refreshing, great for this style.
The taste is first somewhat sweet with notes of honey. The bitterness got notes of lemon and lime, which makes a fine balance with the malt. The aftertaste if mild, but it got a good character with a soft touch of diacetyl and citric notes.
I found this beer very quaffable and refreshing, I appreciate the lack of bread-like sweetness, typical for most Swedish lagers. Great for pizza dinners, too.
