The colour is yellow; the head is off white and quite high.
The smell is malty and fresh with some spicy citric notes and a touch of wheat dough.
The taste is soft and somewhat bitter with a clean dry taste. There are flowery notes of vegetables; the aftertaste is bitter and balanced with some notes of lime (Saaz hops?)
The carbonation is very fresh with lots of very small bubbles.
A pleasant summer beer for those warm summer days.
