The ale is clouded amber, has a good tan head that leaves much lacing.
The smell is nutty and bready, some ripe apples.
Tasting of brown bread, ripe lemons, pears and apples, grass.
Medium carbonation, soft and refreshing, a good body and a nice dry finish.
A very soft and soothing good session beer.

This is unpasteurized and unfiltered variation of the Slottskällan London pale ale.
The colour is orange-brown, the low head is off white; the liquid is very cloudy.
The smell is very fruity with flavours of boiled meat and bitter hops.
The taste is generous and complex with fruity, buttery notes with a distinct hoppyness and a touch of sparkling lemonade. The aftertaste is long and fruity with diacetyl and a light bitterness.
The carbonation is mild and pleasant.
By all means, a better ale than the filtered one.
