A powerful beer for containing only 3,5 ABV. Tastes like an approvable English Bitter, which is good in this case.
The flavor is sour with some flowers and citrus in the finish. This beers only drawback is that it's a bit thin, like many beers with a low ABV.

The colour is copper amber, the low off white head sinks down to a lid quite quickly leaving no lacing.
The smell is fruity with some slightly roasted malt, dry bitterness, some yeast and butter.
The taste is balanced and creamy with notes of butter, dried apricots, mild yeast, lightly roasted malt, some cabbage and wax. The smooth aftertaste got notes of butter, generous amounts of malt, some bitterness and a touch of toasted bread.
The carbonation is fresh, yet mild. Small bubbles. The liquid is medium smooth.
A fine and mild pale ale. Well done!
