Slottskällans brewery can do much better beer than this. Tasted unusual metallic, or was it just something wrong with the bottle I bought?

The colour is deep straw yellow; the finger thick white head slowly sinks down leaving some nice lacing.
The smell is fresh: Dry mild malt and lots of bitter hops. Uncomplicated and well crafted.
The taste is fresh (and refreshing too) with a robust base of dry malt, some light bread-y flavours and a quickly growing neural (think German Pils) bitterness that slowly fades away, leaving room for some herbs, butter and a sour hint. In the aftertaste, those flavours returns accomplished by a nice bitter flavour.
The carbonation is very strong, even for a lager - lots of really small bubbles. The liquid is a little bit creamy in the mouth. Very refreshing.
Overall, a nice and well crafted take on the Euro Pale lager style at a low alcoholic content.
