Served from the bottle in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a partly hazy sunrise brass topped by a finger of dirty white foam. The nose comprises sharp rye bread, fennel, light orange peel, light cilantro, and a touch of cracked wheat. The taste brings in more of the same, with a stronger orange component, some coriander, and some light black pepper. The body is a light medium, with a tingly carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. An interesting wit, what with the fennel and whatnot, not something I would aim for first, but not bad.
