44 cL can poured into a snifter in Toulouse, France. Heavy fluffy foam top stayed in place for the entire drink. Yellow-orange unfiltered brew. 7 weeks from packing to popping.
There’s no mistaking Citra hop on the nose. Grapefruit and pine dominate. Floral and sensory; lime zest. Touch of Cream of Wheat.,
Taste is a lovely burst of big citrus with a puckering hop slam, light pine, a fine creaminess, all boosted by high carbonation. Last grin is a rolling bitter finish.
Overall, this American-style NEIPA is dangerously quaffable and delicious.
