Canned: 02-03-2024. 16oz can poured into a standard tumbler glass.

Appearance: Clear golden body with an orange'ish hue. Fluffy bubbly head which quickly dissipates.
Smell: Sweet Hay, a bit of Honey, some floral notes and even more minor citrus notes.
Taste: Warm White bread, Honey, Sweet Grass, a tiny touch of Citrus.
Feel: Quite Grainy. Sweetness sticks to the tongue a fair bit. Slightly bigger body for the style than expected.

Overall: Was expecting a Helles and got a Honey Blonde instead. Likely due to the old can. Still a pleasant brew this old, so I wonder what a fresh one would taste like. Old can aside, an easy recommendation. Would make a pleasant surprise to a non-craft drinker.

Abundant foam in the tall Faust Weizen glass on the golden brew. Delightfully spritzy on the tougue. The flavor could be described at "delicate," but it actually pleasantly grainy with a hint of something hoppy. Nothing like bitter, but finishes with a brambly bit and a that aromatic hop note.

Happy to see so many serious attempts to make something out of a lighter beer style. This one is certainly even lighter than many, but has plenty of that cereal taste and the herbal aromatics. Verdict: stupendously quaffable. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Sheas. Dated 03/24/2023.

Not the worst day. Still, the sun seems to be shining a bit harder on an aching back. That said, Raul will not cry foul like a soccer player after getting hit by a light breeze. All I know is that I am here. The best of times… The worst of times… And you just gotta roll with the punches.

Let it go, my children.
