Clear bright yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Toasty aroma with corn. Sudsy and lively on the tongue with a thickish body for the style. Tasted of cereal with a leafy touch of hops. Mellow and malty with a mild sweetness. Just a flicker of bitterness, but highly quaffable. A more robust sort of Oktoberfest beer. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 11/09/2023.
