25 cl super fresh tap hit at the Occi Beer Fest in Toulouse, France.
Short foam tops orange-gold unfilteted brew.
A variety of citrus, pineapple and passion fruit hits the nose, cannabis and pine follow..
The brewer threw loafs of hops in this beer: Riwaka, Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic, and the burst of flavor is stupendous, featuring long and intense citrus, grapefruit, passionfruit, pineapple and pine, The finish is slightly sweet with a sharp bitterness and a little alcohol.
Mouth is full, medium carbonation.
Overall, happy to stand with the brewer and get a pull off this freshly tapped keg!
