Copenhagen 21/6 2025. 37,5 cl bottle from A Good Case web-shop. Purple version of Epochal's usual label design.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a huge white head. Bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor soon overpowered by a dry, tart and slightly funky sour scent. Sweet apples and peach. Tart gooseberries, citrus and currants. Touch of vinegar. Acerbic. Sour cheese. Dry vibe.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tinging and a bit fizzy texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, dry tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart and spur. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry,
Tart and dry specimen.

Listed as Scottishale. And it's got a mixed fermentation character to it that's worth trying. Mild lambic or grisette. Nice drinker.on tap at owl farm.
