Scottish Stock Pale Ale. Vibrant with notes of melon, stone fruit, peppery spice, tropical Brett funk, and a touch of acidity.

Hazy neutral gold color. Good starting head that leaves blanketing lace. It fades to rim bubbles and wider streaks towards the end of the pour.
Dry with pale malt dominating. Light Brett presence, but not sour to the nose.
The taste starts dry and grows to be astringent. The wild yeast and Brett are by far the most powerful tastes here. In a word, funky. Mid-taste I can pick out dried fruit with no residual sugar. Again, more bitter than sour.
