Momentary Rabbit Stage is a 6% Scottish Pale Ale crafted with rare finesse.

This beer is a blend of aged brews – some over a year old – giving it a deep and complex base. The beer is dry-hopped with whole Motueka hops, which add a fresh dimension to the mature character.

The aroma is lively with notes of lime, orange marmalade and a touch of lychee, while a well-rounded funk adds depth. The palate offers precise bitterness and sparkling carbonation, balancing freshness and complexity in a classy way. Momentary Rabbit Stage is a true treat for those seeking a beer with both depth and freshness.

From Good Times Oakland, best by 3.5.2027

Hazy orange gold, big fluffy head of foam, retention and lacing are fine.

Smell is very pleasant with big notes of Brett, lemon citrus, hoppy but so so funky.

The taste is Brett, lemon citrus, passionfruit, other tropical hints, earthy as heck.

Good mouthfeel, I would drink this again.

Copenhagen 29/5 2025. 37,5 cl heavy glass bottle from A Good Case web-shop. Simple green label stating the name of beer and brewery in white letters.

Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as an uneven and lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor minting with a tart scent of unripe berries and vinegar. Funky notes Sweet peach and currants. Tart gooseberries. White wine vinegar. Whiff of sour cheese.

Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness soon overpowered by a stronger tart sourness, Aftertaste is sour Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.

A nice moment with the rabbit
