Introducing Night Cap - Baltic Porter (8.7%)
The perfect night cap - smooth, dark, and just strong enough to tuck you in.
Inspired by the hardworking porters of old London who loaded ships bound for the Baltic Sea, this style made its way north where brewers refined it with cold fermentation and long lagering for a clean, silky finish.
That patience pays off with a deep, layered beer full of chocolate, roasted, malt, and coffee notes, balanced by a crisp edge from its lager roots.
Bold, rich, and quietly powerful -- our Night Cap is the kind of beer you'll want to end every evening with.
