Canned early May.
A clear orange with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is loaded with Mosaic hop character. Bright, pungent, fruity, clean, but with a mild doughy, cereal like malt character. There's a light cooked citrus component to the hops too. The palate opens clean and moderately bitter with slightly dulled Mosaic hops, mildly pungent and quite fruity. Honey, candied citrus. Mild grape. A blend of cooked fruit and mild cereal holds this back from greatness. Lovely, creamy, bitter palate with soft carbonation and a nice, long finish.
