100% Crosby Farms Centennials (fresh-from-the-bine ‘22 and some 2021 T90s) with a bit of a throwback feel -- a touch of Munich malt gives it a very light amber tinge, and the hopping is balanced, especially for a Via IPA. Classic citrus, grapefruit & pine; the fresh hop green character is apparent but not overblown.

Can from The Beermongers.
The nose has plenty of soft, creamy Centennial hop character, with fresh marmalade, citrus peel, honey, a light bready depth from the Munich malt addition. Mild caramel too. The Centennial lend a rind and peel-heavy depth the the nose and palate, creamy, bitter and oily. Drinki g large gulps enhances the hop oils, bringing out even a little dankness. Very tasty.
