This is so herbal, like sage if anything. Crystal clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Tripel Karmeliet goblet. Remarkable musty and resiny aroma with a long peppery nose. Very interesting hops, a unique flavor in my experience, but less would have been better. Just too bitter and over-hopped to be much good drinking, but anyone interested in hops should try this one. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 02/17/23.
