From the Via Beer Instagram account: Our latest hazy combines classic Citra from Yakima with a hint of Aussie hop (Ella) and some Euro (Mandarina Bavaria) for a pan-global party of flavor. Rich gold color; ample amounts of flaked wheat and oats make for a sturdy haze and silky mouthfeel. The aroma and flavor profile is tropical pineapple, citrus, mango, berries plus some savory herbs and a bit of that funk from Down Under. Creamy and well-balanced for such a hoppy beer.
