Clear golden amber brew with long-lasting foam in the Belle-Vue Gueuze glass. Aromatic with toasted malt and cedar. Light and spritzy mouthfeel. Slight sweetness with a mild cereal taste. Finishes with a fresh alfalfa nose and a touch of bitterness. Just the right balance of the delicate grain with a hint of hops and a lemony aftertaste. This one is a little more malty tasting, which I like, than some other Rice Lagers which are more crisp. Highly quaffable, but plenty flavorful for sipping and tasting.
