Pours dark in color with an off white head that quickly fades. Nose is heavily malt aromas. First taste the malty goodness wafts across the palate, gently leaving behind a bready flavor. Very well done!

From a can. Deep brown in color, almost like a cola, with a finger of rocky head. The nose is sweet and smells of caramel and toast. The flavor follows the smell except that the toast, with some roast, takes the lead and leaves the caramel in the background. There are some hops in there but i can't place them. Medium bodied.

From Beer Drop. Canned November 21st.

It pours brown with an impressive head of foam and lacing.

I get some toasted, bread, hint of smoke, goodly amount of spicy hops.

Wonderful balanced flavours going on here. Toasted malt with, again, a hint of smoke, toffee, dark bread, with an excellent finish of spicy hops.

Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

Super good!

Clear, deep brown. This is the color of a dark wood stain. Moderate head but it leaves plentiful tiny spots and one blankety patch of lace.

Darker toast aroma with a mostly dry darker, nearly toffee, caramel. Light alcohol and floral hop.

Spritzy but with a decent body for the style. The flavor has a burnt malt touch with some darker chocolate elements. Stronger bittering hop on the swallow which leaves a mild, but lengthy aftertaste. This beer checks all of the boxes for the style. It also delivers steady and strong flavors.
