Porter brewed with the addition of a German smoked malt. Medium bodied with a hint of smoke on the finish, this beer pairs well with BBQ and meat dishes.

4 oz. sampler poured into a tasting glass. Dark black color with no head to speak of - rather curious. Aroma of smoked malts, roasted hazelnuts and coffee. Taste of caramel, coffee, roasted malts, a slight hop spiciness and a somewhat sweet finish. Medium bodied but feels a little thin. Good drinkability.
