With the development of our new sour program, we have decided to take one of our flagship brews and let it go wild! Using a mixed fermentation technique we have transformed White Aphro into a unique experimental one off. Wild Aphro is a blend of Belgian ale yeast and a lactobacillus plantarum bacteria. The finished product has the familiar lavender, ginger and citrus flavors of the original brew, but finished with a crisp clean tartness.
