Medium gold, creamy off white head. This brew is all about the honey and ginger, in terms of both aroma and flavor. Very honey sweet and the ginger imparts its own spicey sweetness making this a bit too much for my palette. Credit is due for creating something unusual, but I'll pass on this one next time.
