Pours yellow with a nearly completely clear transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is biscuits, wafers, and nutty malts, with resin, herbal, and mild citrus underneath. As a whole, it leans slightly dry, with just enough hop play to be a bit more engaging than other pilsners. Flavor profile opens with malts - biscuits, wafers, bread, and nuts - and closes with hops - resin, herbal, and citrus. Pleasant dryness throughout. Mouth feel is medium-thin in consistency with a crisp texture that remains consistent throughout. Overall, crispy and refreshing lager with a little novelty from the usual herbal and malt profile.

Pours a light gold, completely clear. A large head forms and collapses after 10-15 minutes. The aroma is delicately floral, but with additional citrus from the NZ hops. The taste up front is very light and crispy, being saved from being *just* too sweet by the hops. While the mouthfeel is exactly as expected from a pilsner, the citrus/juicy hops are slightly distracting personally - it’s just unexpected mentally. Overall, it’s still a fine beer for a sunny spring afternoon.
