Light Lager With Heirloom Bohemian Pilsner Malt

Pours a pale yellow with a completely clear transparency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is straw, with cracker, wafers, and biscuit malts just behind. Very light floral hop adds some elevation change to the aroma. Flavor profile draws upon straw, crackers, and wafers again. It tastes thin, but crisp, like a thin, crunchy wafer. Faint floral and grassy hops add some texture to the malts. Mouth feel is thin with a soft crispness throughout. Texture hardens up a little as the draft temperature rises towards room temperature. Overall, crispy light lager that's like dipping wafers into herbal jelly.
