Pours a pale yellow with a crystal-clear transparency. Head is two and a half fingers of dense white foam. Aroma is wafery, bready, and biscuity malts with a forward splash of honey. Honey is well and present at the start of the beer, but starts to meld into its surroundings a little as the beer warms. Flavor profile is wafery, nutty, biscuity malts, spry herbal and grassy hops, and a kiss of honey on the back. The honey does not sweeten it up, just adding a little more depth and texture to the flavor profile. Hop profile is a little zesty, pairing up with the simple malts well. Mouth feel is thin with a crispy texture. If anything, it leans slightly soft in effervescence. Overall, refreshing and crisp with abundant honey on the backend of the flavor profile. The simple flavor profile allows the honey to be showcased, instead of focusing on hops.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can.
