16oz can, adhesive label. No dating information found, but purchased at the taproom.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. Slow pour brought a two finger, white colored head, and this lasts long as a full cap. Leaves behind circles of lacing webs.
Aroma is cracker malt, mostly lemon/some lime. Floral and grassy.
Taste is an excellent blend of sweeter malts and the citrus/grassy/floral/spicy hops. Mineral note. Low resonation in the lingering aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth but ends with a dry note. Has a definite spice note. Excellent carbonation (cinematic bubble rising throughout).
Presents well as an example of the style - sweet, bready malts and fruity/grassy/floral hops with a standard bitter spice note.

Pours a bright yellow with a clear transparency. Head is three fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is crackers, wafers, biscuits, and mild earthy malts. Hops are slim, but show up as grassy and mild spicy. Semi-dry on the finish. Flavor profile brings more crispy malts to the palate, delivering crackers, wafers, and biscuit malts. Spicy, zesty hops add some elevation. Semi-dry finish keeps this very refreshing. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a crispy texture throughout. It's refreshing. Overall, a refreshing pilsner with great malt to hop balance. Well done.

16oz can from BKS. Poured out a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of caramel, bread crust, grains and hay. Sweet caramel, toffee with a light, citrus kick and mild bitterness.
