Pours a slightly dark yellow with a nearly completely clear transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is biscuits, crackers, and wafers with herbal hops scattered between. Very mild medicinal hops pick up later. Flavor profile is mild grassy and herbal hops and faint medicinal hops. Behind the initial (light) hops, is big biscuits and crackers. Semi-dry throughout, but gets real dry at the end. Mouth feel is medium-thin. Texture is fuzzy and soft effervescence at the start, but dries out into a crumbly cracker at the close. Overall, a dry German-y lager. Lovely.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of caramel, toffee, toasted bread and floral notes. Sweet caramel, toffee and a smooth bitterness.
