Czech Style Pale Lager

Pours a bright, golden yellow. Very mild haze to the translucency, but otherwise clear. Three fingers of white foam for the head. Aroma is spicy, zesty, earthy, and grassy hops. It's really sharp on the nose, with the hops forming the pointy end. Malts dry out the finish, making for a staccato quick flash of notes. Malts on the nose are crackers and wafers. Flavor profile leads right back into hops - spicy, zesty, earthy, and grassy. Some zesty and citrus lingers on just a touch. Underneath the hops is layer after layer of thin and flaky crackers and wafers. Despite some lingering hop notes, it's otherwise dry. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a crispy, refreshing texture. Overall, easy to drink with a slam of initial hops and a wonderful dry malt backbone. Crispy and refreshing. Summer slammer with class.
