Pours a very pale yellow with a nearly completely clear transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is crackers, wafers, and a sliver of grassy hops. Flavor profile is heavy crackers, wafers, and biscuits, with mild bready malts as an after thought. Grassy hops add some zest and texture, but they're light in comparison to the malts. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a crispy, bubbly, semi-sharp effervescence. Overall, crispy and refreshing. Very easy going.
