Pours a golden straw color with a nearly crystal clear transparency. Head is a few fingers of white foam. Aroma is thin crackers and wafers, building a dry start to the nose. Spicy and grassy hops add some extra zest. There is a subtle pop of sweetness, but the bulk of the nose is dry. Flavor profile is crackers, wafers, and biscuits with spicy and grassy hops right behind. Malts are the more forward and dominate part, popping up on the start and remaining to the dry finish. Mouth feel is delightfully crispy, and pairs up well with a medium-thin consistency for a super refreshing experience. Overall, a very crisp and delightful beer.

A - Pours out a clear, pale yellow body, minimal white head, small bubbles of lacing scattered on the glass.
S - Typical nose for a Pilsner - which is not my favorite - of sulfur and grains, a floral line, and some subtle spiciness. A solid rendition of the style.
T - The elements from the nose are there, but better integrated, with a soft bready sweetness and a pungent herbal bitterness in the finish.
M - Brisk and clean, moderate carbonation and light weight, and a dry close.
O - Solid Pilsner here, with a lovely floral hit. Super drinkable, and a great afternoon brew for a game day.
