Pours a foggy yellow straw with two fingers of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is crackers, wafers, and mild bready malts. Grassy and mild herbal hops add some additional depth. It's clean and crisp. Flavor profile is back to dry malts - crackers, wafers, and mild earthy malts. Hops are a lot more delicate here, playing a minor role. As a whole, It's crisp and dry. Mouth feel is crispy and refreshing in texture with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, a nice pop of hop on the nose with a crispy dry wafer treat underneath.
