Brewed with German malt, hops and yeast and left unfiltered in all its Franconian inspired, unmodernized and non-eff’d with glory.

16oz can, adhesive label. No dating information found.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head with the pour, and this becomes a frothy cap with a high reaching ring. Leaves behind large, dense webs of lacing.
Aroma is malty, fruity, and floral.
Taste is full, malty, fruity, and spicy. Flavors of malted barley, lemongrass, and black pepper. Toasted malt sweetness, sharp hops, yeast expansiveness. Aftertaste lingers with a real shimmering of all flavors.
More than medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth and tongue with spice and a subdued sweetness. Exquisite carbonation.
Has a real revelation of flavors. As rewarding as any highly regarded hazy IPA, but in its correct to style historical way.
