Flagstaff Hefeweizen
Pours a hazed golden color. Nice sized head and little lace. Aroma is of wheat malt, and little flowery hops. In the flavor, well balanced flavors of wheat, mild citrus, biscuity malt and even bitterness. Very much a traditional hefeweizen, and a clean version of the style. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, smooth and crisp. A well rounded flavor profile, and a quite respectable local Arizona brew.
