This golden sour is fermented with a strain of Brettanomyces isolated from a renowned Belgian trappist brewery.
The strain provides intense stone fruit, peach, apricot characteristics when used for primary fermentation.
This fruit forward base beer was then re-fermented on 200g/l of Spanish white peaches.

Copenhagen 26/8 2022. 37,5 cl bottle from Mikkeller & Friends Bottle Shop. Torvehallerne, Kbh. K. Skeletal Unicorn hanging out with fermenting, oozing fruit.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a mid-sized, white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin layer of almost transparent foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with unripe tart berries. Peach and apricot. Sweet blood orange. Sour currants.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Solid fruity sour beer.
