Holy Goat Brewing

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Source Coffee Roasters, this is a blend of two heavyweight imperial stouts, King Void and Goatsmoker – the latter being aged in whisky casks for 16 months to create Voidsmoker. The decadent body of King Void, with adjuncts of coffee, vanilla and cacao nibs blend seamlessly and round off the intensely smoked Goatsmoker, which has been aged in a mixture of Speyside (Craigellachie) and peated Islay (Laphroig) casks for 16 months, creating a blended imperial stout greater than the sum of its parts. Aromas of espresso, cooked meat, campfires and vanilla.
