On tap at the brewery's gastropub near Silver Springs State Park, FL.
This is a well crafted blonde ale with a shocking reported ABV of 8.2%. I say shocking not only because this is quite high for the style but also because it is extremely well hidden. This might pass as an ale with less than 4% ABV for most people. Dangerously drinkable and refreshing, with hints of honey and, subtly, fruits.
