I had this beer on-tap in a schooner at the brewery.
Appearance: medium gold with a moderate effervescence and just a tiny dash of haze. Head is a thin layer of white foam. Totally on-style.
Smell: lightly sweet and just a little corny. Completely to style.
Taste: sweet, a little corny and with kind of a raspy bitterness. Not bad, but the hops seem a little mismatched here.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a low carbonation. Not really creamy (ironically), but not awful.
Overall: this cream ale looks good, but it has a few flaws. Still, it's a pretty faithful execution of the style.
