Served in tulip. Poured a lovely golden orange color, slightly darker than typical for the style, with about an inch of just barely off-white head that had moderate retention and good lacing.
A nice spice aroma greets the nose and sets you up for the flavors. A solid amount of spice coats the tongue without wrecking the palate, leaving just a slight aftertaste.
The body was typical for the style, full without being heavy. Very drinkable, as are most of this style. Overall an average example of the style, worth trying.
