On tap at Salmon Creek Brewery and Pub, Vancouver, WA, poured into chalice, $5.25, 3.30.10.
Dark brown body, some visible carbonation, light tan head small bubbles, quick dissipation and minimal lacing. The nose is malt sweet, raisins, with some roastiness. The taste is very dubbel-like, raisins, roasted grain, sweetish, very little hop presence, though a bit floral quality noted. Mouthfeel is very smooth. Drinkability is above average, quite tasty, a nice interpretation of the style.
