Copenhagen 3/9 2025. 33 cl bottle from Drinksshoppen, Rødovre Cetrum, Rødovre. Drawing of a feisty redhead with a huge head of hair with fruits whirling about on the label.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized off-white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and malty odor mingling with a light scent of sourish grains. Sweet caramel and toffee. Linoleum and a bit of glue. Hints of brown sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and a bit thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is a bit watery.
Nice caramellish nose - but quite thin in flavor.
