A blend of barrel aged beers fermented on Carignan grape pomace. Primary fermentation is performed spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeast strains from the grape skin.

750ml bottle. Date stamp on label is 'DDM : 05/2032'.
Mostly clear, raspberry red colored body. Brief fizzy head quickly disappears. No lacing.
Aroma of grape and leather/tobacco funk.
Taste is tart, with flavors of grape and oak barrel. Also shows shades of strawberry and raspberry. Leather funk.
Medium mouth feel. Drying in the mouth. Good carbonation.
