Pours opaque dark brown with a light beige head. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sugary sweet odor of milk chocolate, marzipan and nougat. Cinnamon and vanilla. Hint of dark bitter chocolate.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, creamy, almost flat texture. A bit sticky.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a mild bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and sugary. Lingering. Finish is chocolate in abundance.
Quite the Dessert.
