Copenhagen 11/9 2022.44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Dark can with a close up of a face with a blue planet reflected in the eyeball. Perhaps, the Fermi paradox in effect.
Pours opaque hazy pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin, almost tranprent, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet odor of fermented fruit mingling with citric fumes. Fermented mango and peach. Hard edge of alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry with a boozy touch.
Potent DIPA delivering boozy sweetness and citrus fruit. But a bit on the flat side.
